SYS participates in, and coordinates, events like Youth Week with local Councils, Arncliffe Youth Space and Community Drug Action Team events, based on current needs. Such events provide young people with a chance to organise their own events, learn new skills and discuss local issues. Other events can be for parents/guardians, family members, or specific groups of young people (see below)
Parenting Teenagers Group:
A FREE Parenting Course is held twice a year for Parents/carers of teenagers, led by a professional psychologist. The group usually runs for 5 weeks. Limited spaces available. A new group will be starting soon! For further information please contact 9556 1769 or firstname.lastname@example.org

GLISTEN Social Groups:
If you are same sex attracted or gender diverse and aged under 25, join in the Glisten social support groups. In the past, this has included activities such as music workshops, art workshops, general socialising meet ups, bowling outings. Come along and meet other young people. See webpage below for info:
